I am graduating this spring and I need to get a new computer. I am leaning toward a macbook pro but I hate using the mouse pad. Do I have any other options? Also, I know I want a solid state hard drive, where can I find a macbook pro with a solid state from the factory?

You can always get the new mouse that has blue tooth, just keep it in your bag...

Solid state drives are much faster than traditional spindle based drives. You will see faster boot up and application load times. Plus, they tend to be more reliable (aside from firmware issues) since they isn't any moving mechanical parts.
