Zaang is a growing, angel-backed web startup based in Cambridge, MA. We are in the process of launching our beta test. There's a lot of work to be done and a lot of features to add.

• Expert knowledge in the Facebook platform and application development.

• HTML / CSS
• JavaScript / jQuery
• W3C Standards

• Object Oriented PHP 5 / MySQL
• PHP Frameworks (We use Kohana)
• SVN

• You're an excellent programmer and the sort of person that would work well in a startup environment.
• You have a preference for equity over salary (this is as much for cultural reasons as for financial reasons)
• You're probably looking for a more exciting way to apply your skills than you're doing today.
• You have different skills but know you'd be great anyway - if so, just let us know why your skills will work for us.
• You're self-motivated to work incredibly hard on challenging and fast-paced problems.
• You work largely autonomously and achieve remarkable things quickly.

• You're willing to work on whatever needs doing even if you haven't 'been trained' in it.
